VIRTUAL POSTER GUIDELINES

Considering the diversity and innovative topics of the abstracts accepted for poster presentations, you can create your poster using any format or design you prefer.

You may submit either a static (e.g., pdf format) or pre-recorded version of your presentation, which will then be uploaded to the summit website. Participants will be directed to view the uploaded posters during the scheduled virtual poster sessions. Please ensure that any pre-recorded presentations are no longer than 10 minutes.

Please keep in mind that posters will be available to other participants in online format. To enhance the virtual impact of your poster presentations, we recommend the following guidelines:

  • Any text included is legible throughout

  • Any image/ audio file/ video file included in a poster, or uploaded as the poster presentation, has optimal resolution

  • If possible, the content should include the abstract title, author and co-author names, the primary author’s e-mail address, and the institution(s) where research is underway
