It emphasizes emotional processing, resilience, justice-focused reflection, and the cultivation of grounded, compassionate engagement with global climate realities.

Activities & Format

Core activities include facilitated dialogue, guided practices, reflective exercises, guest teacher talks, and training programs such as the EcoSattva Training. Activities are delivered online through a mix of self-paced modules, weekly session materials, and monthly live gatherings. Participants may join individual cohorts or engage through multiple simultaneous groups.

Inclusion & Accessibility

The program incorporates culturally sensitive content and centers diverse voices. It provides online access to reduce geographic barriers. No additional information on language, disability access, or specific accommodations was provided.

Outcomes & Evidence

The initiative aims to strengthen psychological resilience, build community, deepen climate literacy, and support ethical, justice-oriented climate engagement.
